Exploring additional varieties

We currently have 16ha of apples under cultivation, with ongoing trials exploring additional varieties and other fruit types. An additional 2 hectares of apples are also being planted to expand our production.

In addition to our apple orchards, we cultivate a diverse range of crops including tobacco, maize, wheat, and dry sugarbeans.

We’re actively trialing Sharon fruit and kiwis, with plans to expand if results prove sustainable. Soft citrus varieties are also under consideration for future planting.

Employee Wellbeing

The vast majority of our team—99%—reside directly on the farm, ensuring consistency and a strong sense of community. When additional contract workers are needed, we source them from nearby farms to maintain local ties and operational efficiency. A small on-site shop provides access to essential goods, making daily life more convenient for everyone living and working here.
